How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund within 30 days of your first payment on a plan:
- Visit paddle.net and enter the email you used at checkout, or
- Contact us through your account and we'll help arrange it with Paddle.
Subscription renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your Account page — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
