1. About Coach Compass
Coach Compass is a fitness coaching management platform designed to help trainers and fitness professionals organize client information, create workout programs, track progress, and manage aspects of their coaching services.
Coach Compass provides organizational and administrative tools. It does not provide personal training services, medical advice, nutrition counseling, diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare services.
2. Eligibility
To use Coach Compass, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Provide accurate account information.
- Maintain the security of your account credentials.
- Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
You are responsible for all activity performed through your account.
3. Trainer Responsibilities
Coach Compass is intended for qualified fitness professionals.
By using the Service, you agree that you are responsible for:
- The fitness programs, recommendations, and guidance you provide to clients.
- Maintaining appropriate qualifications and certifications required for your profession.
- Ensuring your coaching practices remain within your scope of practice.
- Obtaining appropriate consent before entering client information or uploading progress photos.
- Protecting client confidentiality.
- Using client information responsibly and lawfully.
Coach Compass does not verify trainer certifications, qualifications, or professional credentials.
4. Client Information
Coach Compass allows trainers to store and organize client-related information.
You acknowledge that:
- You are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions from your clients.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter.
- You are responsible for complying with privacy laws applicable to your business.
- You should not enter information that you do not have permission to store.
Coach Compass does not establish a direct relationship with your clients.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Coach Compass for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to access another user's account.
- Upload malicious software or harmful content.
- Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or distribute the Service.
- Use the Service in a way that harms Coach Compass or other users.
- Store information you do not have authorization to collect.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Coach Compass may offer paid subscription plans.
Subscription details, pricing, and available features will be displayed within the application or applicable purchase platform.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled according to the policies of the applicable payment provider.
For purchases made through Apple's App Store, subscription management and cancellation are handled through your Apple account settings.
Coach Compass does not store payment card information.
7. Refunds
Refund requests for purchases made through Apple or other third-party platforms are subject to the refund policies of those platforms.
Coach Compass may assist with account-related questions but cannot guarantee refunds for purchases processed through third parties. See our Refund Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
Coach Compass and all related content, including software, branding, logos, designs, features, and written materials, are owned by or licensed to Coach Compass and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the Service only for your personal business operations as permitted by these Terms.

You retain ownership of information and content you upload into Coach Compass.
By using the Service, you grant Coach Compass permission to store and process that information solely as necessary to provide the Service.

Coach Compass is a software platform and does not provide:

- Healthcare services
- Injury diagnosis
- Rehabilitation services
- Guaranteed fitness outcomes
Trainers remain responsible for their professional decisions and client interactions.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coach Compass and its owner are not responsible for:
- Fitness results or lack of results.
- Injuries, damages, or losses arising from trainer-client relationships.
- Decisions made by trainers using information stored in the platform.
- Loss of data caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Your use of Coach Compass is at your own risk.
13. Termination
You may stop using Coach Compass at any time.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms.
- Create security risks.
- Misuse the platform.
- Engage in unlawful activity.
Upon termination, access to the Service may be removed.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will include a revised effective date. Continued use of Coach Compass after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
